Happy Friday,
I've been part of the raw food community now for more than 20 years. One of the people I met at the beginning of this adventure was a guy selling juicers and running, at the time, the only raw food message board. His name was John Kohler.
Now 20 years later, John and I are great friends. We have seen many people start and end a raw, vegan diet over the years. We often talk about what is the best way to go raw and why people don't do well with a raw, vegan diet.
One of the things I love about John is his honesty. He tells things the way they are, even if people don't want to hear the truth.
Like myself, John was healed from a life-threatening disease. That is what got him to try the raw food diet and it worked.
Today, 20 years later, John is still on a raw vegan diet and thriving! Besides teaching people about health, John's main passion is teaching people how to make edible gardens. He has one of the most successful channels on YouTube about the topic called "Growing Your Greens."
John just flew across the country to do some gardening videos in South Florida and I had a chance to interview him to see if any of his ideas about the raw food diet have changed over the years. It is not everyday I get to speak to people who have been eating like myself for so long.
This isn't the first time I've interviewed John. Every interview with him is jam-packed with information. This one was by far the most thought provoking. I am so excited about the new things John is personally doing differently than what he has done in the past and now he is teaching about it. I am in 100% agreement with the new things John is teaching and these are important things most raw food vegans are missing.
I just posted this new interview with John on my member site, www.rawlifehealthshow.com.
For just $1 dollar, you can see the full interview with John Kohler, plus view all of my Member Only Videos. Hundreds of videos that I have never posted to YouTube. If you want to see raw food recipes then you will want to check out the site!
For those of you not ready to invest $1.00 to see everything, my site has to offer, below are some of the many interviews I've done with John in the past, enjoy.
